​OUR STORY

How we started

​The Kenny Family Foundation was founded in 2008 by the Kenny Family, who own and operate the ShopRites of Delaware.  The goal was to form an organization which could promote social welfare, provide assistance to those in need and contribute to humanitarian endeavors within the Delaware community.



Since that time we have grown to be one of the most active family nonprofits in the State of Delaware.  We partner together with our customers and associates.

• Our Partnerships with organizations that allow us to actively help our community; Goodwill, St. Anthony, Delaware Food Bank
• ​The organizations and charities referred to us by our customers of the Kenny Family ShopRites.
