Donation Process 

All requests are reviewed by The Kenny Family Foundation and are processed at our Riverfront Store in Wilmington, DE.   Due to the level of donations we ask for three weeks to review each request. upon receipt.​

 

This form is also available at the Customer Service desk of any local ShopRite store.   This form may also be emailed, faxed or delivered to any ShopRite store.  All fields must be completed for your donation to be reviewed.

We prefer to support you directly for your organization and will not allow solicitation of funds or tagging outside the ShopRite stores.  Please contact us for further details.
